Because each print is custom printed for every order, it is very hard for us to accommodate returns.

We have a no-return, no-refund policy. 

That said, please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order in any way. 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part (or the printers) are covered.

If your package was returned due to shipping or address issues, please contact us and we can work with you to get your item to you.
